SHODDY HOUSEKEEPING

There was a soiled t-shirt in the corner of our room when we arrived. There was 1 empty roll of toilet paper and less than half of another roll in our bathroom. We reported the shirt the next AM and the front desk person said,"OH." Nothing was done. We had to ask the front desk for 2 rolls of toilet paper, and again, no comment. After paying over $250 per night for our 2 night stay, I was VERY dissatisfied, to say the least. I will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone!

Got 8n late it took like 30 minutes to ck in switching rooms, then told us they had charging out back .. it was just a standard outlet? What? How is that an overnight charger? The bed was rerrible, no carpet in the room. Might as well have stayed at motel 6. Im not sure what the ither rooms looked like but i gelt we got bumped iut of our rooms for a police force that was staying there for a man hunt. Just weird. Yiu know they didnt have reservations.

Pet friendly. Great pool. Hidden gem

Pet friendly. There were no questions or extra fees. The room was very clean and had hard laminate floors. Dog cleanup bag station in the yard. The pool and hot tub were clean, warm/hot, and well maintained. I would definitely stay again. It's a few miles off I-90, but we continued traveling on the M-1 scenic road and it was a beautiful alternative to I-90 for about an hour. Did not lose any time and very scenic.

Great place to stay….mattresses were not comfy! We paid $240 for 1 night…..expect beds to be comfy. Glad it was only 1 night….everything else was great. Breakfast was OK, could probably use extra help keeping it stocked….lady was working her butt off tho.

Wonderful room

The exterior looks cold and harsh, but our room was so spacious and comfortable. Layout and design were perfect. And an excellent hotel breakfast was included.
