Beautiful property. Spa, pool and hot tub area is wonderful. Charming, like home feel. Feels like an inn more than a hotel, which is nice! Staff is great. Nice area close to movies and some shopping. Within 20 min of other shopping areas.

The staff were very friendly and answered all questions with knowledge of the resort. The only complaint was the hot water. It took forever to heat up in the shower and bathroom shink. The water also backed up in the sink.

Very nice for a family stay
The suite was a great option for a longer stay with a teen, with a kitchen and private bedroom, plus a sofa bed. Daily “light touch” housekeeping was included (towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels) and so was use of the spa facilities including the exercise room. The property is just now adding electric vehicle charging stations. The shopping and entertainment center nearby has good offerings including a full size grocery store for stocking the kitchen. Only complaint: the sofa bed was not terribly comfortable. A mattress pad should be added.

The staff is what made this stay so wonderful. Thank you to the amazing staff who we met on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! You are all so great!! The food was okay. I feel like if they brought in some really interesting recipes, it would really elevate the hotel! Thanks for the stay.
