Clean, spacious dining area, staff was GREAT. My only tiny complaint was that there was no gravy for the biscuits and gravy. I was told they only had that on the weekends, which made no sense to me. Otherwise, it was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed!!

The property is okay, but we did a late check on and out room wasn’t ready. They moved us to a second floor room of which they don’t have an elevator to get to. There was no hairdryer and the second day of our stay they didn’t clean our room.

We stayed at the Cobblestone Inn for a three night vacation to visit Historic Nauvoo and the July pageants. I would recommend three nights or four if this is your first time to this area. We chose the Cobblestone Inn primarily for its five star reviews and proximity to Nauvoo. It did not disappoint and also feel it deserves five stars. It is very clean, well maintained and the beds very comfortable. Service was good including the breakfasts. We understand some reviews were less than five stars because of no elevator. That was not an issue since we always prefer the top floor. Overall, it helped to make our Nauvoo vacation a memorable one.

Facility was great! The leadership team and front desk staff was rude and difficult to work with. Manager very elitist and condescending. Shame because it's a nice place, just run by poorly trained people.
