So-so stay
Coffee maker in room was broken. Thenot so friensly front desk lady said she would have someone a new one, but that never happened during our 2 night stay. Room was nor vacuumed well upon arrival. The rooms were not well maintained. It was quiet though so that was nice.

The room smelled bad like musty and dirty . Bed was comfortable, room was dark and old. Bathroom was ok very dark in there and fan didn’t work.

This hotel was such a disappointment for $200. Our sink didn’t drain, the outlets didn’t work, the pillows had to have been 10 years old or more because the stuffing was all balled up, the pillow cases has snags everywhere, and our air conditioner made a loud shrill. Overall it’s just old and dirty. The font desk didn’t seem concerned with my issues. The breakfast buffet was barely edible. The only positive was the comfortable bed. Overall it’s better than sleeping in your car but the price tag is unreal.

After we had a issue with another hotel we chose to stay here. The room was amazing the staff was very nice. the housekeeping staff does an amazing job of cleaning the rooms and assuring all product is stocked!

Nice location to where we needed to be. The only issue that I had was that the shower was very slick when wet. I actually fell and it would of been nice if there was some roughness to the shower pan.

A half drank bottle of tea was on the floor in our room when we checked-in. The pool was absolutely disgusting. Dirty, brown, cloudy water with floating hair in it. The breakfast was great but overall this place was dirty and not maintained.

Hotels service was top notch easy quick check in and out everyone that worked there was nice and friendly. only compliant was that the ac unit had a condensate leak and was dripping in the floor it eventually wet the carpet area by the window if not taken care of it will mold.

I like that there was a pool and breakfast included and laundry facilities. I didn't like that there weren't more breakfast options. It was better than a typical continental breakfast but the only egg options were hard boiled eggs. The pool needs a good scrubbing. You can clearly see the off colouring at the bottom of the pool. That is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 on cleanliness.

Sheets and towels were "old" and discolored. Sheets and pillowcases had "pulls" in the threading. Towels were yellowed and mismatched. Cover to A/C controls was broken and kept falling on floor. Carpet was stained.
