The staff was so nice and helpful. It snowed while we were there and they shoveled our cars and the entire parking lot. The breakfast was great, everything was good and as soon as the food got low they would replenish it.

Arrived very past the check in closing time due to a snow storm. The reception was very gentle and checked us in. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet delicious and well refurnished. Too bad I didn’t brought my swimsuit cause the pool looked amazing! Definitely a place to recommend

What a great suite we had. There was plenty of space, everything was clean and orderly, the beds were comfortable and the staff were super helpful. I would absolutely stay at this establishment again.

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The breakfast is top notch and they are very pet friendly. Wish I could stay longer! Will definitely come back if I’m in the Albany area. The service was not only excellent but I felt like whatever I needed would be treated with the upmost care!

Very bad experience I book 2 Rooms one for two adults and the other one for 4 adults and 1 child. At the time of booking it said a suit with two queen beds whereas at the time of check in we were given two king suits. Very embarrassing and comfortable situation.
