It was amazing. I was very pleased to stay and will be staying again. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. And it was easy access to the amusement park and other places. Me and my family enjoyed staying at the Knotts Berry Hotel.

The hotel was great and so close to Knott's Berry Farm! The staff were all warm and friendly. I had a single queen bed and in the picture there were two chairs even though it was a smaller room, but there were no chairs or desk which made it difficult to even sit and relax. I asked the hotel staff and they said that is how that room comes, but the picture showed chairs.

It was an upgrade, but I fear that the paint was not so well with the bathroom. The bathroom seat looked like a lot of people sat on it, but overall, it was a good hotel, especially with the refurbishment.

4pm check in is significantly late, very hard when we had been travelling on a plane for 24 hours and paid to attend their Knotts scary event the same evening. We arrived at 12:30pm “hoping” our upgrade request was approved for early check in which you can’t find out until you go and check in. We had lunch in the restaurant onsite to kill some time. But then waited in the lobby for hour or so. one attended listened to us and understood we needed a quick nap before the event and got our room for us earlier. Overall experience of the hotel and features are great and do meet requirements and expectations.
