We were charged an additional $47 for a handicap accessible room & told it was an upgrade. Even though we requested handicap during our booking. Smoke alarm went off & staff was rude about it

Very easy and comfortable. Kid friendly and the restaurant on site was handy. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We booked for a last minute stay and would again.

Property in good modern condition. Some small features could be updated (i.e. toilet fixtures and a deep rug cleaning). The staff were all very friendly -- like they really enjoyed their jobs. I ended up buying my day passes to Knott's at the hotel and then upgraded to a season pass at the info booth inside the park. I was very pleased to get season passes for a total of only $89 for the rest of this year and all of next year. They said that for $30 more I could add the water park too at any of my future visits.

I had a great time during my stay and attending Knotts Berry Farm. The park is very close to the hotel which is convenient. The hotel and staff are very friendly and accommodating.
