The hotel wasn't full, yet they gave us a room with a view of a wall. My guess is they saw the rate paid, which I used expedia funds to discount, and gave me a room commensurate with the discount. Basically punishing my Expedia loyalty. The hotel was decorated nicely and the cleaning staff were friendly. Just the presumed manager who assigned the room is lacking basic hospitality skills.

So great and close to the park, but that is also a drawback. Ghost Rider goes until long after the park is closed, so it is noisy. Just go in knowing that. The staff at the park is amazing! Jus wish the hotel staff was as friendly and helpful. We stay at the hotel for it's location. I had never been chardged for an early check in and that was very annoying.

Easy, clean, convenient, but slightly loud.
My son (11) and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 2 nights at the Knotts Hotel. It’s clean, beautiful, and so convenient if you’re walking back and forth from the park. There are lots of restaurants in walking distance. (Our favorite is Claim Jumper, right down the street that has delicious soups, salads, and drinks.) The Knotts Hotel was beautifully decorated for Xmas. The only problem was the noise pollution. We could hear our neighbor’s conversations clearly many times. Walls could be a little thicker! I love it though, and will most likely return. We did eat breakfast at the hotel one day. It had bad coffee and was really overpriced, but the quality wasn’t horrible overall. It was conveniently located right downstairs and the servers were kind.
