As we were gathering our thing together the house keeper kept knocking in the morning. Check out time is 11 and they started knocking at 10. As i told them we are getting ready. They kept knocking and opening the door so rudly. That was the only problem i had staying there but overall it is a nice place to stay for a trip.

Water pressure was terrible I asked for and got another room and the shower was adequate in that room. Stayed a week before in a different room and had a terrific shower, so I guess it's hit and miss Clean, quiet

No toilet paper I'm my room, the soap and shampoo empty, only 3 towels in my room and no towels in the pool I spoke with front desk and was told towels will be there shortly I waited1hr with multiple people wanting towels and they never came out we air dried people slipping in lobby from being wet and walking through the lobby .I will give that place a chance again only if was FREE.

The shuttle to knotts was the highlight for the night. The driver was so nice and i felt very safe in his care. The restaurant served pretty good breakfast basic but i prefer the simple things done right also loved that they didn't overcharge for Avocado. The bar tender they have makes the best drinks strong but balanced. Overall a great trip.

Our favorite place to stay in Buena Park. The rooms are nice, there’s plenty of parking. The only complaint is that the TVs have issues when you try to watch normal channels. But if you just stick to the streaming services they’re fine.
