We reserve 2 months ago 1 rooms in my check in is no room the manager over rent everything and my 2 kids and my wife use 2 different rooms. Is not fair

The room was clean, plenty of room. Unfortunately the room has a very hard mildew smell. The walls seemed to be very thin. The beds are pillows very comfortable. I asked for extra towels but never got them. I would probably stay there again.

Room was only cleaned once in the 7 days we were there. When we requested refills of items or additional blankets, it took two calls before we received the items. There were no available outlets in the bedroom to plug in our chargers. We felt cost to park was too high.

We stayed here for a family trip to Knotts Berry Farm. It was a perfect hotel for the price. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable and it’s only a 15 min walk to Knotts Berry Farm.

The staff seemed not to know when breakfast was, gave us different times then different staff that worked the restaurant didn’t seem to know which quantity for cold and hot in the morning. Also the think the manager would have morning team work meetings and would talk so loud, it seems they could have used one of there conference rooms. Last thing outlets were not working

Property was cool. People working the “Bistro” were awesome and super helpful. Room was not as clean as I would have liked. Found a black bag on the bottom drawer of the cabinet in the living room area. Other random trash just found throughout the place and couch cushions. Front desk had no bottle opener the first night I was there. They looked surprised I asked. 2nd time I bought a beer at the front desk before I left had a bottle opener available with no issue. People on the front desk are on 2 different wave lengths. .

It’s better than most hotels in the area. We arrived before check in time and couldn’t even do a pre check in to leave our luggage. We weren’t expecting our room to be ready but we wanted to leave our car parked and walk to Knotts Berry farm and we were not able to do that.

Perfect location to stay near Knotts Berry Farm! So convenient. Lots of food places around. Staff was so friendly and check-in was so fast and easy! Room was nice, luxurious, and clean! Would recommend to anyone!
