Great location if you have an early flight
We had an early morning flight so we decided to stay in Budapest the night before. The location is convenient, a 5- minute walk from the airport. We also rented a car that we dropped off next door.

For the price, I expect wash clothes and Kleenex. The soap in the shower was empty and I could not Charge our meal to the room, I had to go back up to the room to get my credit card. Very unfriendly staff at the front desk, not customer oriented. The bar staff were better than the front desk staff. The rooms are no frills, but at least clean. I will not be staying in another Ibis Hotel.

Overall excellent. All high marks, if anything I could not turn the AC down lower than it was when I found it. Read and executed the directions and the fan was working, but I did not feel any cold air blowing across the room as it should. I gave up because the room wasn't hot to begin with, and I needed sleep asap. Got up in the morning and went to catch a plane. Eat breakfast at 4:00 which was a big plus (included in the bill).

Comfortable and practical
This is my first time staying at this hotel and it was a pleasant stay and will use this hotel again. Currently is the only hotel that is within the airport boundaries. I would prefer if there was a fridge or minibar and coffee making facilities in the rooms, I think that the relative high prices do justify this. I would be prepared to pay a little extra for this facility if it was an option.

We stayed one night at the Ibis Styles due to having to catch a 6am flight the next morning. The room was very basic, but people staying at the Ibis are probably not looking for anything elaborate. I was impressed as to how quiet the hotel was, despite being right at the airport. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My one qualm: the shower. The shower area was about four feet in length, and the glass between the shower and the rest of the bathroom was about half that. In other words, there was no way to take a shower without getting the surrounding bathroom area wet. Who designs something like that?

It's a great place to stay while in transit through Budapest airport. Very conveniently located within 5 min walk to the terminal. The rooms themselves have limited amenities, but comfortable for a night's sleep. Friendly & helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again next time we travel through Budapest...
