This hotel is fabulous! It is centrally located. It has 24 hr coffee, tea, water in the lobby. And some times treats. Free fabulous breakfast! I highly recommend.

Super as always!
It was my forth or fifth time in this lovely hotel. Not big, not small, friendly personal, best location, clean, comfortable and well organized. Very good breakfast. The free coffee/tea corner in the lobby is also very nice.

Lovely hotel
Excellent hotel, in central location, walked to all main tourist attractions. Reception staff very friendly and helpful with any enquiries. Bed was a bit hard with 2 single duvets but requested at reception for a mattress topper and double duvet and this was promptly provided with no issues at all. Rooms and all common areas spotlessly clean. Beautiful reception area with plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the complimentary hot drinks and snacks on offer throughout the day. Breakfast varied with plenty of hot/cold options, replenished frequently during busy times. My only complaint (and it’s not even that) was the hotel bar not currently open for business, at times thought it would be nice to relax after a long day with a G&T but no real problem had a free hot chocolate instead. Wouldn’t hesitate to return to this hotel, highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay because of the hospitality of everyone. From Checkin to Checkout they are all great. The breakfast was also great. The location is near to everything.

Reception staff were helpful, giving directions and advice about the city. Rooms were kept clean and tidy on a daily basis. Really nice breakfast with everything you would want. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast - 10/10. Great choice and great quality. Some variation over the two days. Staff - 10/10. ALL the staff were helpful, polite and professional. Berta on the front desk worthy of a mention for her great assistance. Hotel - 10/10. Perfect location. Beautiful inside. Complimentary tea/coffee station was great. This property was a truly lovely experience, from the beautiful hotel to the friendly and helpful staff. We received some free upgrades that came automatically with our check in. The hotel is in the heart of all of the shopping and attractions on the Pest side of the city. With no shortage of bus stops and trains in easy walking distance, this location is a travelers dream. Oh and the Lebanese and Syrian restaurant at the hotel is a must!! Delicious!

Great Stay
The staff at this hotel is outstanding! They are professional, helpful, and friendly. Checking-in and checking-out was fast and efficient. The location was great for us. We walked everywhere and, since the hotel is centrally located, it made our sight seeing convenient. There is also a breakfast that, for us, was included in our booking. It’s real food and a wide selection. They even have sparkling wine available! If we were to return to Budapest, we will book our room at this property.

Probably the best hotel stay we have had, regarding the level of service. The front desk was amazing and helped us to navigate the city. They checked in with us frequently regarding our comfort. The location was perfect and was easy walking distance to many attractions.

We were in room 515, a lovely quiet, clean room with a good side view of St Stephen's Basilica - which looked great lit up at night. It was a great location, we walked everywhere we wanted to visit. Lots of Christmas Markets, Parliament buildings and over the river to Buda.

Close to perfection!!
From check in to check out we were made to feel special by the hotel staff. A bottle of wine was in our room on arrival and a bottle of bubbles the day after to help celebrate my birthday. Our top floor room was spacious, clean and modern. The mini bar was well stocked and responsibly priced. The only changes I would have made would be bigger bath towels and a king size duvet rather than two smaller ones as I like to snuggle with my partner under the duvet at night. There was a good selection on offer at breakfast and the staff worked hard to replenish it and clear tables. It was very busy but this is to be expected at peak times as we didn’t get up very early because we were enjoying our beautiful room too much. Thanks for making our visit so memorable!

Excellent location to River and Christmas markets. Polite and very helpful staff. Loved our top floor room! Breakfast had a generous variety and we enjoyed the Zenobia Lebanese and Syrian Restaurant.
