We enjoyed our trip just a few things we noticed !
Not very motorcycle friendly with the drive way but we had some good drivers. The water pressure was not good when the other showers were in use.

Great spot to stay
Place was exactly as advertised. Very nice property with a jacuzzi and plenty of space for a couple families to enjoy. The only thing that could be mentioned ahead of time is the driveway is exceptionally steep, otherwise it's great!

Loved this rental!!!
Absolutely loved this house! Having rented many houses over the years, this was one of our favorites. The house was wonderfully stocked & having a garage was a great bonus. The view was just fabulous & we loved not having any other houses close by. Would highly recommend this rental!!

A Spectacular View and Plenty of Space
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was really big with room for everyone. It was equipped with everything we needed down to a discount/ member card for the local grocery store! The place isn't new, but it's clean and cozy. I'm originally from this area, so I know how internet and cell service are in the mountains. Be aware going in, the internet and cell service are pretty limited. Also, it's a 20 minute trek to Franklin or Bryson City to get to restaurants and a grocery store. This is a remote spot to unplug and enjoy the mountains! We enjoyed board games, home cooked meals, cornhole, coffee on the amazing porch, ping pong, s'mores, and the hot tub!

Best rental we have had!
We had a family of 8 stay here. The place was exactly as expected. Clean. Kitchen fully stocked with all clean utensils needed. In-line gas grill was working and clean. Hot tub was hot and working and clean. Hot tub towels were even provided. Fire pit is in an awesome location. We were very comfortable and all of the family commented on the great property. Two things to consider - as you would expect in the middle of the mountains: Definitely print directions and don't rely on cell/GPS. Internet is via satellite and not always super fast. We would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice property. Everything was very clean with wonderful views and plenty of room for outdoor sitting. We had 10 in our group and no one complained about the space being too small. We would definitely recommend this to a big family or friend gathering.

Perfect Family Winter Vacation
We had a party of 12 (3 families) for a winter vacation. This property worked well for us. The layout is good and can be rooms can be broken up to accommodate different sleeping arrangements. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and has a generator which we did need because we lost power in the snow storm, but we had zero Issues with the storm. Lots of different table games kept the kids busy. The temperature is hard to regulate when it’s very cold, top of the house tends to be warm, bottom floor tends to be cold - just an FYI. The host is very response and accommodating. Overall this home made for a PERFECT snow vacation for us!

Relaxing and secluded
Cabin was extremely clean and very well-stocked. Plenty of room for 9 people, and lots of little private spots all around the porch and outdoors. Only negative was that the upstairs bathroom had a bad smell, apparently from the well water. Everything else was wonderful! Definitely recommend!

FANTASTIC
House is equipped, peaceful, comfortable and offers activities (fire pit, hot tub, foosball, ping pong). Location is great and not too far from Ingles grocery store, and downtown Bryson City (restaurants), as well as several outdoor activities (hiking, tubing, rafting, zip lining, horseback riding, the National Park, and Cherokee.) 5 stars - would definitely stay here again. Driveway is steep.

Nice cabin with beautiful view!
This property was very nice. Everything is just as described, however I feel that it could be cleaner. I’m not sure if it’s due to it being a little outdated but the bathrooms felt a little dirty in my opinion. There were a lot of dead stink bugs and lady bugs. There is absolutely no service when you’re about 20 minutes away from the property and it is quite scary because you could potentially get lost. Besides that, the cabin was very nice. The host was nice and answered my questions in a timely manner. The wifi wasn’t the best, as you’d expect but it really forces you to spend time with each other. We would definitely return as it is a great location for those who want to go to Cherokee casino. We enjoyed the ping pong table as well as the hot tub!

This is a true getaway. The views are Amazing. The hot tub has a great view of the mountains, and the screenin porch is perfect perfect when it is raining. The cleaning could have been better overall. The cabin had all the essentials needed. Overall I would stay again.

Amazing White Christmas
We has an amazing time at your beautiful Cabin and we made amazing family memories there!!! My children enjoyed the Christmas decorations and the cabin was well stocked with just about everything one would need. To top it off it snowed on Christmas Eve. We would highly recommend this home and will certainly be visiting again. ** Just as an FYI Like most other reviews said the driveway was very steep and because it snowed we had a really hard time getting up. Just something to keep in mind, but definitely not a deterrent.

Spending Thanksgiving in Bryson City
This place accommodated all 11 of us, 7 adults and 4 children nicely. Absolutely loved the location and views of the mountains. Needed better cooking utensils in the kitchen, and there was no fire wood for the pit outside. Bar stools at the raised kitchen counter would have been nice. Had to tighten down toilet seat on the first floor, adjusted bathroom door latch off living area so bathroom door would stay closed while someone was using it. The second floor bathroom, shower has a major leak, water runs behind bath fixtures, pours out down out of light fixture in the ceiling by the front door. We made the best of it and enjoyed our stay.

Great mountain views
We had a great time at this house. The views were beautiful! There was plenty of room for 5 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 small children. The hot tub was perfect for the kids to play in while we built a fire. The only thing I was a little disappointed to see when we arrived was that the bunk room is in the basement totally separate from the rest of the house. We didn’t see that mentioned anywhere in the description when we booked our stay. Also it took the heat over 12 hours to warm up the entire house to 65 degrees. They should definitely have someone turn the heat on several hours before check in so they don’t have guests arriving to a freezing cold house! Other than that we enjoyed the house and our stay! We hiked to several different waterfalls and rented UTVs in Pigeon Forge to ride through Cades Cove. Cades Cove was bumper to bumper traffic and we only saw a few crows and 1 glimpse of a bear that the staff was running off as we drove by. We went around 12:00, maybe it was the wrong time of day to see the wildlife.

Beautiful views
We really enjoyed our stay and the view really is perfect. The porches and deck, fire pit , etc was all so nice to have. The only downside of enjoying the screen porch was the amount of bugs-mostly stink bugs and the copious lady bugs but also spiders. If you kind of think mountain outdoor adventure vs. suburban expectations then it's ok! Nice to have the ping pong table there. Only other trade off for the view is the distance into town. I had hoped 15-20 minutes but it was more like 25+ minutes. Just enough to not want to go back for dinner or to explore town after allowing for afternoon naps for the little ones. Probably just as well with Covid. The driveway is also a challenge just at the top when you reach the house and have to turn sharply at such a steep grade. We got the hang of it but I see why people mentioned it in reviews. Overall would probably rent again.

We had a great weekend ! Enjoyed the fire pit , hot tub and grilling out . The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the house was decorated and looked lovely! The only negative is that the main living area with the tv was smaller than represented by the pics and some things like the downstairs area needed updating.
