Very cute hotel, cozy rooms with comfortable beds and very centrally located. Staff is super friendly and helpful, and the bar service is great. Highly recommend staying here, especially during Christmas season.

Location excellent but room very spartan, looked like it was made for large groups of travelers, which were at the hotel. Room itself was clean but only one chair to put our 2 suitcases out for example.

Great and well maintained hotel. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing and the rooms were clean and warm. Very easy to get to central Prague, was only a few minutes from the station and there's a huge shopping centre near by if you need. Only thing I would have liked was the ability to order room service, I never actually asked but there was no menu in the rooms that suggested it wasn't an option. Overall really loved the feel of this hotel.

Wonderful central location!!! Staff were friendly, one star off for an extremely long check in wait. There was a problem with the boiler the next morning and we were offered a refund on the parking, didn’t make the ice cold shower any better but at least they tried to fix it so cannot fault them. Overall great experience, loads of restaurants and shops all in walking distance. Parking directly under the hotel.

First time visit to Bruges
Location of hotel was perfect . Very central . Room was small but clean with everything you could want . Bed was a bit soft for me and a mirror near a plug was needed . Breakfast was tasty with enough choice. Rooms cleaned daily and staff were busy but pleasant . Would recommend .

Clean and comfortable rooms. Hotel is having some work done and is a little tired in the lobby area. Rooms are perfectly fine. Very long queues that were poorly managed upon check in and staff were efficient but didn’t go out of their way. All in all, a good stay though

Very difficult to get to our room. We were essentially in the basement and the parking garage was on the other side of one of our walls. Nobody at the hotel to assist with luggage or explain and show us how to get to our room. Very confusing.

Check in is slow and you can’t do it early. The pillows are extremely small. The elevator broke we had to take the stairs multiple times, they lost hot our last day in the morning and the breakfast is very average. Only positives is it’s clean and very close to the Christmas markets

Unhelpful staff at reception on arrival. Lift was not working but no warning or help provided. Signage to rooms very poor and misleading. Room cold on arrival and heating control info not helpful.Noisy ventilator provided heat, but in order to be able to sleep it was turned off , and the room cold as a result. Wall TV badly positioned so it caught your shoulder on leaving the bathroom. Hotel bar not open on Sunday. Good location however!

Rundown & dated yet priced as a boutique
Where to begin... for the price we paid we had wildly different expectations, this hotel is run down & dated. Often, an issue can come up during a hotel experience and it is usually addressed/corrected and all is good. However with our stay we had MULTIPLE issues and response was lacklustre for each one. - hairs in bed - mattress & pillow stains - room so small door doesn't open fully (hits bed). - walls heavily scuffed/marked - limited to no signage in hallways or to direct to room #s in other wings - parking 30 euro per night!! - terrible sewage small from bathroom

Bruges Christmas market stay
So close to everything we wanted to see. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Morning buffet breakfast was excellent even though it was a little expensive It was great to have so much selection. They could use additional staff to handle check in the afternoon.
