Nice upscale hotel with great location
The room is excellent, high ceiling, big windows overlooking a garden. Clean and well decorated. High quality beddings. The location is perfect, short walk to shopping and centre ville. The staff is friendly. Issues that we faced in our room: the water temperature setting: cold is hot, hot is very hot. The air temperature is also too warm for the thickness of the blanket.

Liked the decor in the lobby, the location, the ambience, the breakfast selection, the room layout (4 people in one room), very comfortable, the shampoo, body wash etc (plenty of it), the lighting in the room, the usb ports for charging phones in the room and comfortable beds. Loved the old fashioned key system. Staff very pleasant and helpful. TV wasn't working in the room. Early morning noise above room 212, a lot of foot steps and movement across the floor.

Loved this hotel. Walkable from the train station (but difficult with wheeled suitcases due to cobbles). Decorated for Christmas, it was charming. The staff were friendly and helpful, they locked our suitcases up so we could go round Bruges till our room was ready. Room was a good size and had everything we need. Breakfast was great with loads of options, but also almost next door to an amazing breakfast cafe and a patisserie. Would definitely book again.

Hotel was in a good location, there is nearby parking. Rooms were spacious as was the bathroom. Hotel as free wifi. Reception closes at 9pm? so you need key / passcode access to get in if you arrive back late.

Great hotel. Very clean, and very nice selection for breakfast. The only thing I could suggest is that there is shampoo and body wash in the shower, but no conditioner. Overall very good.

Fantastic hotel just 5 minutes walk from the main square (Markt). We were lucky that our room was ready when we arrived at 11.30 so they let us have the room. So rare these days but so appreciated when it happens. Room was spotless. Bathroom had a rain shower. No complaints. Desk staff always really friendly too. Will return.

The hotel is very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great. The location is convenient. The only issue is the noise from the all night bar next door, Friday and Saturday nights. We got some ear plugs to help reduce the noise.

We have been travelling around France, Belgium and Switzerland and this was one of the best. The only issue was the noise outside from people yelling and fighting at 3 in the morning. Overall it was great!

It's very noisy inside the room. The hotel uses large physical keys, the locks are loud and tedious to operate, and the doors slam shut automatically. So whenever someone comes into their room the floor will shake from the noise. It's not easy to sleep here. And wifi keeps cutting off in the room. I recommend avoiding.

Excellent location . Would have given 5 stars only for bed was a little hard but personal opinion. Gorgeous breakfast with lots of choice . Very quiet but only short stroll to centre. Would recommend.
