This hotel is an excellent example of repurposing an old building into a beautiful hotel whose decor reflects the Bristol's love and passion for country music. The hotel has all of the amenities for a comfortable and memorable experience.

Beautiful Hotel in the heart of Bristol
Beautiful and cleverly themed hotel based on the birth of country music in Bristol. But, you don’t need to be a country music fan to enjoy this hotel. It is an very artistically renovated building. The barbecue restaurant next door is excellent. It is located in Bristol’s downtown on the street that could be described as the Main Street.

Disappointing stay
By paying thru Hotels.com, we were treated like 2nd class citizens. Door chime alarm sent out bright flashes of light every 5 seconds throughout the night which made for a difficult night of rest. Front desk did nothing, especially after seeing we were Hotels.com guests.

felt a little unwelcome!
the lady when we checked in wasn’t the friendliest of people, very short and no smile, made us not feel very welcome, after we had made our way to our room we went downstairs to be greeted by James who was absolutely fabulous made us feel very welcome, and helped us with taxi recommendations and couldn’t do enough to help us, the same lady was there this morning checking us out and did not make any effort to smile yet again, no thank you, how was your stay, we would love to see you back, that is not good customer service by marriott standards!

Unique property with lots of music! Enjoyed the record player in the room and the atmosphere at the hotel. Roof top bar was a great feature as well! Restaurant next door was an added bonus! Truly top notch!
