This is a beautiful lodge. The property and surroundings is beautiful, comfortable and convenient. The weather changed overnight and the staff was quick to respond to the snow season. Making this my go to home away from home when in Brian head

Friendly staff, lovely rooms, good basic breakfast with eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, etc. It's a great property. It is a high altitude property, so hydrate if you don't do well at 10K feet like one of our family members.

Not worth it.
The Lodge is under new ownership. They used to have impeccable service and things have gone down hill. They no longer have coffee makers in the room, you have to request maid service 24 hours ahead, the four days we were there they did not have any dog poop bags in the dog rest area, the whole lobby smells of pool chemicals, and they no longer have individual toiletries in the room. We requested a dog friendly room and they placed us on the third floor even though we called ahead. Two of the light switches in the room did not work. One day the maids or another guest left soiled diapers in a bag in the hallway and the entire hallway smelled. We used to love the level of service at this resort, but it doesn't seem like they are doing the work to keep the hotel up and running in good working under. I felt very disappointed, the service felt more like a Motel 6.

The pool and hot tub need serious cleaning and repair. The floors creek and you can hear everything. However the spa is amazing, the staff is excellent and the location is heaven.

Beautiful lodge. Super friendly staff. Rooms were great. Breakfast was very good and complementary with our stay. We stayed 4 nights. Loved the friendly staff especially Tina who was amazing at breakfast and the evening dining staff, Jake, Helum, Magellan, and Chris. Definitely we will return if we are in the area again. Well worth staying. Highly recommend

It was clean, quiet, and overall a really good place to stay! The only reason it is 4 stars is the hot tub wasn’t working (this wasn’t communicated until we got to the pool area) and there isn’t a pool/ping pong room as advertised. Also, the hotel is a bit of a maze because some of the rooms on 2 of the floors are not connected to the other ones, so if you start on the wrong side you have to go back down to the lobby and take a different set of stairs or elevator to get there

I have mixed emotions of this property. 1) accessibility: They put us in a floor that has additional steps to get to the room which means your luggage cart stop at the steps and you have to carry all your belongings up the steps and carry it to your room. Lucky for us it was only 3 doors down. They should have disclose that special feature of their hotel 2) laundry room only had one set of washer dryer working 3) my vip status did get me early check in 4) beautiful location 5) overall had a great time for first time in Brian head
