Discover two of the area’s clearest lakes within a short walk. Sheep Pond and Long Pond are ideal for watersports; bring your kayak or paddleboard (or rent one nearby)! Spend sun-soaked days at Breakwater Beach, just 3 miles away. Or drive for a dip at Crosby Landing Beach. Ride your bike 1.5 miles to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, a 25-mile scenic paved trail from Dennis to Wellfleet. A plethora of shops and eateries are 2.5 miles away in downtown Brewster. Or explore even more options in nearby Dennis, Chatham, and Orleans, all within 10 miles.

Inside, make some popcorn and watch a new movie on the 47” cable TV with DVD player in the living area, furnished with a plush sofa and love seat. An inviting sunroom is outfitted with a futon and love seat, providing the ideal spot for an afternoon read. Your group will appreciate the full well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of modern appliances, if you need to whip up any meals during your stay. When it's time to eat, dine together at the wooden table or sip morning coffee at the breakfast bar.

Dine alfresco on the back deck, outfitted with a wraparound bench, table, and seating for guests. A retractable awning provides shade on sunny days. Host a family cookout on the gas grill, or gather around the firepit when the sun sets. There’s plenty of room for both relaxation and recreation in the shaded fenced yard. An outdoor shower is handy for rinsing off after a fun-filled beach day.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
