Perfect for guests that want to be in town and have easy walking access to local parks, shops and restaurants including, Franklin Park (less than 5 minute walk), Quotations Coffee Bar (10 min walk), Silvermont Mansion Park (10 min walk), Brevard College (5 minute walk), Dugans Pub (8 minute walk) and more. You are also close to bath paths and a short drive to the beautiful hikes and waterfalls of Dupont State Forest and the Pisgah National Forest. This location and the beautiful furnishings make this vacation rental in the heart of Brevard a special retreat for guests.

Reservations include two daily passes for the Brevard Health and Athletic Club and discounted rates for extra guests. The club, only a 10 minute drive, features indoor and outdoor tennis and pickleball, two swimming pools, and a complete fitness facility.  Further information will be provided upon check-in.

The master bedroom, which includes a king-sized bed, television, custom walk-in closet and luxury master bathroom, is located on the main floor.  Upstairs are two additional bedrooms and a full bath.  Each bedroom features a television and large closet.

This rental includes central heat and air, luxury finishes in the kitchen and baths, linens and basic soaps provided! Everything you need to truly enjoy your vacation.

Confirmed guests will receive a text message to the cell phone on the reservation with a link to the essential information you need to enjoy your stay like the door code and the directions.  The digital guide book has information on the property and also on the area including restaurants, grocery stores and popular destinations.  Guests can go straight to the property at check-in time.
