This home is a place for you to come and reset, relax and enjoy the outdoors, especially if you have a bike! This home is centrally located right on the bike path in the charming town of Brevard. Families can walk (or ride your bike) to conveniently located grocery stores (Aldi), fast food eateries (McDonalds, Arbys, Zaxbys, Wendys,Bojangles, Cook Out). The house is a fifteen minute walk to the downtown area, passing through the Brevard Lumberyard area with breweries, art galleries, live music venue (185 King Street) and two restaurants.
The floor plan is the traditional ranch style with three bedrooms on one end of the home and the kitchen and living spaces on the other. The sizable back yard is completely fenced in. There are neighbors on the left and right as this is in a typical neighborhood for the area. The kitchen was completely remodeled in 2021 and guests love it. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Professionally managed, linens provided, dish soap and hand soap provided, house will be ready for you by check in time at 3pm.
Extra storage in the basement area, accessed by going around to the back of the house, where you can put bikes.
Designed with a ‘slow’ pace in mind, our hope is that you enjoy every part of your stay; from making local coffee by drip in the morning, relaxing on the front covered porch, or playing your favorite songs while enjoying the evening air in the fenced back yard. The one level living features a spacious kitchen and comfy living room.

Our cleaning crew is local, paid a living wage and are trained so that you can enjoy your vacation in a clean home.
Confirmed guests will receive a text message to the cell phone on the reservation with a link to the essential information you need to enjoy your stay like the door code and the directions. The digital guide book has information on the property and also on the area including restaurants, grocery stores and popular destinations. Guests can go straight to the property at check-in time.
