Technical difficulties

The over all stay was great. The system went down when we arrived. We just had to be patient. I would definitely return on the next trip.

The manager at the property with the thriller contacts harassed me, discriminated against me, and then lied on me when I politely asked them why didn’t they clean my room after they promised me that they would. I didn’t have any towels or any toilet paper and I stayed there for over a week. When I went downstairs to speak to the manager, I never once raised my voice. I never once was disrespectful. She just found me to be a pain because I was requiring them to do their job. When I asked her what happened? She literally sat there ignoring me. Then when I asked if there was someone else I could speak to, she threw her business card at me & threatened to put me out of the hotel if I spoke another word to her. Crazy. When I contacted the regional manager, she was unprofessional. Instead of talking to me directly & taking my concerns seriously, she decided to make a four-way call. She contacted the manager that I had an issue with, which was totally inappropriate and unprofessional. How did she think that conversation would go? When I was explaining to the general manager, what transpired, the minimum wage manager lied & said I got an attitude with housekeeping. That is a lie. I never raised my voice one time, but because I stood up for myself and calmly said that wasn’t true, they put me out. They tried to bully me because I complained. I wouldn’t even recommend this hotel to someone who needed shelter in a hurricane.
