Great property. Staff very helpful. Our vehicle and two other vehicles were broken into over night. Police were patrolling the area and saw our vehciles. Staff was accommodating and let ua stay in the lobby while our vehicle was getting windows replaced

Recommend great sleep
Very clean, comfy bed & pillows, pet friendly, shower was awesome, very roomy in the bathroom. Only thing I didn't like was the breakfast.

Excellent Property
We were there for a college visit to Prairie View A&M. The room was very clean, the receptionist was professional and knowledgeable about how to get to the university. Everything was excellent we will be staying again on our next visit to Texas.

Front desk lady was amazing. She had to deal with two horrible customers (one calling the hotel a scam and a customer fighting in the room across us) and she did it all with kindness. She made sure to follow any policies you had, and was just the best front desk staff I’ve ever dealt with.

Comfort Inn Waller, TX
We had a very good experience staying at the Comfort Inn Waller while attending the Texas Renaissance Festival. Nearly new hotel, very clean and modern with new lighting and USB ports. Not large rooms, but very functional. Very friendly and helpful staff. Recommend!

Almost perfect.
Great room for us and our 2 adult daughters. Very large room with 2 queen beds, large sleeper sofa and bathroom. Only downside is there is no texturing to the bottom of the bath and I almost slipped and broke my neck

When I walked into the place for the first time in immediately smelled an odor. When I received my door key and while walking to my room, I smelled at different order. Finally when I reached my room 403, there was another odor that I encounter on the inside. I got bit by something on the stomach and when I woke up in the morning my son and I had a sore throat.

First room smelled like urine. Second room had a toilet w/ vomit or diarrhea crusted on seat. Our 3rd room was clean. Apparently, they had fired a housekeeper that morning . On day 3, three men knocked on the door, stated “housekeeping” and entered w/ a key. My two teen girls were in the room alone and shut/bolted the door before they could get in. Apparently they were the maintenance crew needing to inspect for a water leak. Hotel Manager should have notified us or waited for 30 minutes until we had checked out. When we spoke w/ the manager she was highly defensive and unapologetic. First and last stay at Comfort Inn. Atrocious cleanliness and customer service.
