Beds were a bit soft for both of us. Room was very noisy due to lack of sound proofing and very noisy neighbors. Breakfast was good though they ran out of sugar on our last morning. Location was very convenient to highway.

Room had disgusting bedbugs, prostitutes were walking through the hallways. Vending machines weren’t working properly taking my money off my debit card and releasing the drink/water I needed and paid for.

Enjoyed staying here and the rooms were nice and clean. The blankets were a little thing but overall the rooms were very good. The parking lot can get pretty loud at certain times but isn’t necessarily a problem.

Not a very good experience. The bed was all and made all kinds of noice. Pleaple will leave the building access doors unsecured. I found a person sleeping on the hallway, but unsure if person was alive or drunk. I reported it to main desk. The hotel is showing its age or lack of maintenace. Will no stay again in this particular location.

The room was dirty with dirt and grime accumulated in the corners, stains, dirt and marks on the walls. The furniture had horrible stains on them that there is no way you would dare to sit on them. The coffee maker did not work so I made a complaint to get it fixed or switched out, and they sent a maintenance worker to look at it. They said they could not fix it and they do not have another one. The worst of it is that the worker pulled the door latch so it would prop it open for them and then left it that way. Our door was open from morning until late at night when we arrived back at the room. This is NOT OKAY!!! We had a gun, jewelry, medications, and money left in our room. Luckily, our belongings were still there when we returned. They have a lot of homeless hanging around and staying there. We did not feel safe, and was the worst room and experience we have had traveling in 45 years.
