Great condo

Condo was very nice. Clean, comfortable and very well maintained. Location is great. Close to town. Very easy to check in, garage parking spot was nice since it snowed each of the days we were there. Will definitely rent again when we are in Breckenridge.

Convenient Location

Condo is in a great location for ski lifts and restaurants. You do have to check in at their office in town, which is a little silly since it's a door key code to get in the condo.

Great stay

The property location was excellent. Just as listed close walking proximity to quicksilver lift. Charter sports is located across the street making ski rentals easy. The property has a ski locker which is excellent. The property itself is dated but comfortable and clean. It does have a peculiar smell which has been stated in a prior review but there was no obvious source. The master bathroom shower drain was slow to drain/clogged so you’d be standing in a puddle 3 min into your shower. Apart from these pitfalls the property is comfortable, clean and in an excellent location. I would stay here again but would ensure the shower and smell have been addressed.

Close to everything!

Enjoyed our stay here, close to downtown and peak 9 lifts. Never used our car after parking it, walked everywhere.

Smelled so bad!!!!

The place was nice and close to the lift but the place smelled of rotten Indian food, it had several of the family nauseous every day. The property management company needs to Ionize the condo to kill the smell before letting anyone stay there. If it wasn’t for the smell the place would have 5 star review.

Excellent accommodations.

Very nice place to stay. Close to the Quicksilver lift and close access to main street. Inside garage parking is a plus. It was quiet during our stay.

Perfect location for lift access

We would 100% stay here again. The location is as close as you can get to the walking trail that takes you to the Quicksilver lift on Peak 9. We actually used one of the sleds in the unit to haul our 2 kids and their gear to the mountain. The unit has a well stocked kitchen, lots of board games, and big windows and a deck that looks right at the mountain. The hot tub and pool were great. And we walked to town for dinner each night. My only suggestion would be better pillows! And the tv volume in the living room was going in and out so that might need to get checked.
