This is a motel labeled as condos. It is sketchy outside. Like a shady Motel 6. The Pros: The room we were in looked amazing which is why I gave it two stars. It was furnished nice. There were 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with full pull out bed, and a nice size kitchen with table and chairs. The Cons: Our heat didn't work (the entire time). I called upfront and the maintenance man, Richard, said he didn't know what to tell me and that he had put signs on the units to let us know this. We snuggled up the first night. I texted the owner Barb the first night and she did not respond until the next day and only after I left a bad review on Google. The second day they brought us small space heaters. They came in and out of our unit with no masks. The solutions she offered came with a request to remove review. We were very disappointed and they offered us tickets to a show to help with the fact that we were freezing. They give us tickets with a date and confirmation number and had we not called to see what was being served for dinner, we would have stood in line only to realize that our tickets weren't valid!!! The owner offered to give us $100 to find something last minute to do on New Year's Eve evening!!! She had the girl upfront write on the receipt that the money was to remove review. I wrote on the receipt that I AM A TRAVEL AGENT AND PEOPLE TRUST MY REVIEWS. I CANNOT BE BOUGHT. The owner offered to move us to the Presley Penthouse. We went to look at it and it was beautiful. It was filled with antiques and memorabilia. We traveled with toddlers and that would have been a recipe for disaster. We booked for a week. Because it was the holidays, it was too late to book at another place. We made it work and just moved the portable fireplace that did work from room to room for bedtime. I wouldn't recommend this place. We will not be back.
