Great place

The house was quite roomy and the location to beaches and shopping is awesome. The pool was nice when we could use it, they did a lot to try to correct this so the effort was greatly appreciated. It was difficult to speak with the property manager because this listing is through Vrbo from Vacasa, so you never get the same person even if you call or text.

Love location, its quiet, spacious bedrooms and open living space, some cosmetic updates, bathrooms tub need floor mats inside the tub and shower in master bedroom to prevent falls. Problem with TV in master bedroom was not resolved, needs better clarity on how to operate TV on getting local channels especially when a person from different states. This would not stop me from using VRBO service again! Thank you

Property was in a nice location, roomy, instructions were a bit confusing and sometimes confusing. Deep cleaning is needed. Cobwebs in corners, windows nodes, and floors. Bedding was nice and beds were comfortable. Pool was nice but we missed several days of use after a dead rodent was found at the bottom. No communication as to if it was treated or if we could safety use it. After some text messages with the property manager we were not believed as to finding a rodent. We were unhappy with that situation.

Pool was not screened i.n, as shown in pics. No table/chairs around pool. No cushion for lounge chairs. No silver spoons in kitchen. Old refrigerator sat in driveway for the first wk., then moved to the garage. Eventually picked up on the last day of our stay. Lania chair had a broken leg. Lamp shade had a metal strip protruding 3 inches through the shade. Ants in the kitchen and bathroom areas.

Bradenton stay

Disappointed in owners response to a number of issues. Management did a good job trying to help us. Refrigerator not working upon arrival. They gave us a small one but took 5 days to get new one. Trash issues. Property badly needs painting. Microwave had large crack in door.

On hold for 90 minutes to speak with office regarding gross pool conditions. Pool company came on our last day for 5 minutes. Highly don’t recommend this property because of the pool.

nice space, but needs a handyman.

My sisters and I, there are 4 of us all over 55, try to get together once a year. We enjoy Bradenton and this property is well located for everything. We enjoy a private pool, cause we like to spend the time together. We play bridge bridge, cook some meals in, but also go out a lot. There were so many “ little” things missing or wrong in this property, it seriously became a problem. The home needs a real go over to fix things. First off the kitchen is very lacking. Ice maker broken, horrible knives, silverware, glasses, pots and pans. Had to purchase aluminum disposable pans to cook a casserole. No hairdryer, again had to buy one. Not great when your trying to get ready to meet our reservations for dinner.Shower in the master bedroom so hard to regulate you had to use the other one. Very few towels and they were rough. Have never been to a rental with such awful pillows for the beds. Only one per bed, not good ones. No shade for the pool area, minimal chairs outside, only 2 lounges, 3 chairs. Never spoke to the owner, he uses some sort of property management company, and all they kept telling us when we called about the ice maker and hair dryer was to “ buy ice and a hair dryer and save the receipts and they would re-imburse” Place has great possibilities but feels like no one cares about the renters.

The property managers are claiming we damaged a door knob which they show is loose. There was no loose door knob when we vacated this residence. If this door knob was loose as they say which it was not they needed to tighten it. There were only two wash cloths no dish rags or towels. Showers were either scalding or freezing. Very hard to control.

You get what you pay for.

Not enough pots, pans, towels. Pillows were horrible. Broken glass by pool. Pool was cloudy. Carpet was stain and not vacuumed. Food crumbs in bedside drawers.

Expected a heated pool, although it's not listed as one. But fortunately, the sunshine helped! There's nothing in the house to explain how to use anything, and two different notices on garbage days, so that was confusing. Shower door in master bathroom needs attention. Overall it was nice, and all but carpets were clean.

The property was very nice and in a quiet neighborhood. The house could use some updating i.e. new or updated carpeting, new toaster, shower regulator in master needs updated/replaced, etc. Overall a great stay and would stay here again if in the area.

Family Paradise

Beautiful. We had a great time and we loved the pool. This was a perfect place for a family trip. About 10 minutes to the beach and grocery stores near by. It was worth the price. If I had one complaint it would be how old/out dated somethings were but everything still worked fine. Great deal and in a great location. Worth every penny and if we go back, I'd love to stay there again.

I am from Bradenton and already knew the area and the house was perfect for our family !

We highly enjoyed this house pool was fantastic and super clean ! With COVID of course we were a little worried but the cleaning, this house was 5 5TAR! Need a new grill ! We had hamburgers and hotdogs ready to go went to clean the grill ... fire hazard had to go buy a charcoal grill to complete dinner. Overall great house would definitely come again ! Thanks

I love this house everything was perfectly clean, modern furnitures. I recommend 100%. Just one concern about the water heater it’s too small for the house size, and the master bathroom never get hot water in the shower.
