A 24-hour notice is required and heat may not be available if the air temperature drops below 60 degrees.

Great pool and outdoor space

We stayed at Brian and Stacy's property for 2 nights...wish it could have been longer. The place was clean, and accommodated 4 adults, 2 teenagers and a family dog easily. We used the outdoor grill and eating area in the evening. The pool was warm (you can pay extra to heat it to 85*, which we did) and the teenagers lived in the pool. It's not far to get to the beautiful beaches on AMI. The only downfall was the traffic, so plan to go early to beat the traffic. Brian and Stacey were very responsive to our questions. Would definitely recommend a stay here. We loved AMI and hope to get back for a longer stay.

Lovely property. 10 minutes from the beach. The family thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Enjoyed many cook outs. Would have benefited from checking google street view to appropriately set expectations for the neighborhood. 25 a day to heat the pool, but worth it given the varying February temperatures.

Relaxing Getaway at 200 Palms – A Peaceful Oasis Near the Beach

We had a wonderful stay at 200 Palms in Bradenton, Florida! The three-bedroom home was comfortable, well-maintained, and perfectly located—just a short drive from beautiful beaches and fantastic restaurants. The quiet neighborhood made for a relaxing retreat, especially while unwinding by the pool. Communication with Brian was seamless, making our stay even more enjoyable. While the freshwater stream around the pool wasn’t working, and we wish there were photos of the unique treehouse and surrounding mango trees, everything else exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Perfect!

This home was even better than the pictures! The pool was sparkling, definitely a fan favorite. We did get a lot of rain one of the days, but there were so many games and activities stocked in the home, we still had a blast. I also really appreciated Mike the Manatee (emotional support stuffie) that was there to keep my little one company after she left her stuffie at home. This place and the hosts are 10/10, 100% recommend staying here and hopefully my family will stay there again the next time we find ourselves in Bradenton.

d Family Friendly Backyard Oasis

This property is very family-friendly with plenty of space indoors and outdoors. My family had 10 members, including 4 kids. Therefore, we had a list of “‘must haves”. All expectations were met and exceeded. The outside accommodations are impressive and useful, for a large family with kids. The pool was great! The outside bathroom is convenient! The grilling area is top-notch! Last, but not least, the tree-house in the MANGO tree was such a surprise!! We made fresh mango salsa for shrimp tacos one day for lunch. Indoors also had all the necessary items to have a successful trip with numerous options for sleeping arrangements and most supplies one may need while on vacation. The beaches were beautiful and only a short drive from the house. Plenty of restaurants are within close proximity as well. We highly recommend this property! We had a great vacation!

Was such a great stay!! The house was so cute, perfect for 7 of us celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday with friends. The house was extremely clean, we spent the days at the pool, the backyard is such a fun vibe!! The monkey bus or Uber transported us for dinners and fun on the island for the evenings! Can’t say enough good things about this rental property! Wish we had a couple more days of it! Highly recommend it!

What a gem!

A true paradise!

The most well stocked rental property we hav ever experienced. We have visited many and most were always missing something. While on vacation you can expect to have to run out to get items needed to fully function in a home. I felt like i was in my own house. I was able to prepare my family meals and grill outside comfortably And focus on enjoying our stay! Everyone said this was their favorite. We will come back not only to the area but to this same property but this time stay much longer. We loved it!!

Great quiet place to stay

200 Palms was a great place to stay with its proximity to the island beaches, excellent places to eat, and other attractions. Everyone enjoyed the pool and secluded feeling of the backyard. Sarasota airport is close by and an easy in/out. Brian was easy to reach and always responded quickly to any questions.

The home was better than expected! Plenty of extras for the kids and family to use at the home! Pool was great( but, you have to pay extra for water temp over 74 degrees). Overall a perfect location, close to everything you need. We’ll definitely be back!

Danger Ranger 9000

We stayed for 5 days while in town for the danger ranger 9000 at the freedom factory. We had a 40’ gooseneck with two rangers so we luckily parked at the track til the last night where it lived in the street with no problem. The house is beautiful, plenty of sitting and sleeping room, an awesome back yard with pool, treehouse and outside bar/grill area all surrounded by privacy fence. The amenities in the house were covered impeccably, nothing was left out. The location is minutes to the island for night life, it’s a quiet neighborhood, I think we saw maybe 3 neighbors during our stay. I will 100% book this place again.
