Just a little upset because the person upstairs had a big group of people staying with them and took our parking spot for the night. Had to park somewhere else. They had 6 cars parked there.

Incredible Stay
Always love our trips to AMI. This was no exception - the house was clean and well maintained, and about as convenient as you can get. Was right across from the beach and in walking distance of Bridge Street and all the shops and restaurants. Wish I still lived and worked in the area, but amazing trips down like this with my family are totally worth it.

Supreme location
This was at least my 3rd visit . The price for location and condition is amazing. If you're not familiar with Gulf properties investigate red tide. It was half of our visit and is MISERABLE

Not a Peaceful Getaway!
The excessive traffic and the construction across the street as well as the continuous noise of the water pump going 24/7 on the Main Street prohibited us from using the porch or the patio area. Even though it looked like we were just across the street from the beach, it was a hike because of construction blocking the way. Bye, AMI

Love Anna Maria Island
We love this island and its vibe and of course the amazing beaches. Been coming for years and know what to expect with all the good and the less so-- namely dense traffic. We really like the location of this place; walking distance to all the great shops and restaurants. The place itself is setup nicely and as advertised. The backyard patio area is really great with the grill and area to enjoy. The drawback, and I know its not something that can be generally controlled, was the noise from construction-- both a house right next door and along the road. It was constant and around the clock and did take away from the overall enjoyment. If you're coming here in spring 2023, expect a lot going on with construction.

Absolutely loved the property. Everything was as listed. Check in was simple, management was friendly and answered any and all questions. The unit had everything we needed. And was so close to beach access. And very close shops and restaurants. Will stay here again!!

Great location but bring extras
The property was clean. Beds were ok, pillows were not. Parking is extremely limited so plan on having friends over. Zero extras. Only one trash bag no extras kitchen towels. Hand towels galore for the bathroom. Property is directly across the street from public beach access.
