Shell Cove 106 is a cute, newly renovated in 2024 beachfront condo in Bradenton Beach. Steps to the stunning beaches of Anna Maria Island! The living area has plenty of seating with a large HDTV. The dining room comfortably accommodates 5 people. The master has a king size bed and guest bedroom features one queen and one twin bed and share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The kitchen is updated with new cabinets and countertops. No dishwasher.
Walk out to the beach to watch an amazing Anna Maria Island sunset every evening. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the bathroom. Wireless and cable to keep you connected just in case!

We enjoyed our time on Anna Maria Island. It was clean. Beds were comfortable. Couch was comfortable. Ceiling fans and AC worked great. Plenty of beach chairs available. Plenty of towels available. Pretty Quiet location. Kitchen is small if you want to cook, but it is doable. Washer & dryer worked. Beach is beautiful and the trees/plants around are beautiful! We did not have any issues.

Location location location
Great place to stay. You can see the sea through the window and be on the beach in seconds. The condo was clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located for entertainment and restaurants. There is something for everyone within 1 mile. We rode bikes on the bike lanes up and down the key without any issues even though the main highway stays busy throughout the day.

Everyone loved our stay! The location is PERFECT! White sand beach is steps away. Kitchen had everything we needed. Having the beach cart with chairs, umbrella, etc. was so nice! We loved that the beach here was quiet, but the great restaurants and shops are a short distance away. Already have my return trip booked!

Rest & Relaxation
Some vacations are for sightseeing and adventure, which are amazing; however, sometimes you just need a time of rest and relaxation. This was the perfect property for both types of vacations, though we chose to enjoy the latter as everyday was spent at the beach. The condo has everything you need for a full day at the beach - umbrella, cooler, chairs, noodles, toys, although, if you forget anything, it's a minute walk back to the front door. The outdoor shower is a great convenience. Duncan Realty was great! They answered all of my questions in a timely manner and check in was a breeze. It was a great place and because of that, it made our vacation all we needed it to be - perfect.

Great location! We love Shell Cove! Been to a couple Units, and this one we liked very much. Instead of the other units it has one more window so it is brighter as the other units. Had a great time! Will return… one recommendation: Dishwasher is highly recommend. One week with two Kids was ok, but if you like to stay longer it would be really comfortable to have a dishwasher then…
