This beach front studio has stunning porcelain tile flooring throughout and has a modern, fresh, bright, beachy vibe. It has a new Simmons Beautyrest King size pillow-top mattress, and 2 single pull out beds -1 from the loveseat, without the usual uncomfortable bar across the back, and 1 Simmons fold-away bed, also without the bar.


The kitchenette comes with a blender, full size refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a space-saving fold down breakfast table and chairs. The bathroom has a full size tub/shower, and a vanity with plenty of storage. There are two safety bars in the tub/shower and one near the toilet. A hair dryer is also provided.

Directly on the Gulf of Mexico! Open the sliding glass doors to the covered private balcony and listen to the sound of the surf. Enjoy your day pool or beach side.

This property does have a large swimming pool and lounge area. There are two community charcoal grills(charcoal not provided) on property with sitting areas.

Enjoy many activities on your visit; swimming, snorkeling, beautiful sunsets, fishing, boating, sunset dining, picnicking, shopping, watching wildlife, golfing, bicycling, tennis, and more. Easily explore taking advantage of the free island trolley.

Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and is one half mile long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient accesses along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of homes and small resorts.

Wonderful stay, clean condo and as advertised. Easy check in and out. Beautiful beach view from my balcony. Outside of building could use some fresh landscaping and beach chairs for use would be great. Neither of these things would deter me from renting again though.

Paradise View

Can’t beat the view of the gulf, and only being two stories it’s easy to walk to beach and back to rental as often as needed. Other guests were kind and considerate. Property is perfectly placed in the middle of the island.

Absolutely beautiful

We brought our mother with us. She hasn't been able to go to the beach in several years. She absolutely loved it. The beach was a little rougher the first couple days but it finally was calm and she went chest high..the dolphin tour was great and later that day we witnessed dolphin from the beach actually jumping.. Following a gorgeous sunset. Overall the room was everything we needed, the pool was very relaxing and would book again

Amazing view

Condo looks exactly like the pictures. Very beachy and cute. The view was the highlight. Sunsets are incredible. The condo was getting a new roof our last 2 days. A construction zone is not what I paid for. It was very noisy and We had to move our car (and parking is at a premium) and find a worker to move their ladder so we could get out. The pool was also inaccessible. We would have appreciated communication from the property manager around this.

Waterfront Paradise

Great location mid island, you can walk anywhere. Spectacular views from the balcony. We enjoyed the sunset two nights of our stay. The iron in the unit did not work & someone before us had put a note on it. That indicates that housekeeping is not checking things for the owner. Also there were no spare trash bags so we weren’t able to empty trash can during our stay. The tile floors were filthy & appeared to not have been mopped in some time. The patio door lock was also broken. We enjoyed our time on AMI & would consider this location in the future.

No laundry facilities although it was stated in room Unfortunately public area of apartment had overflowing bins for the 5 days also bear in mind you do overlook a communal pool do you do get a lot of noise plus the unsightly view of the rundown pool pump included in your beach view

Amazing Location and Property

You can’t beat stepping out of the property and right onto the beach, with a million dollar view to boot. More than that, the facility was clean, well maintained, and had thoughtful little extras like an ice cooler and roll of paper towels at hand. Simple and straightforward booking, check in and out, and prompt replies when necessary. Recommend in a heartbeat.

It was exactly what we were expecting. Great view! Thought maybe pool was heated. It was not. But we also didn’t do any further inquiry on the subject. The view was amazing to wake up to. Price was a little high for the room itself, but we paid for the location, so we understood that going in. No complaints.

Great location but not so clean

We enjoyed our stay but our room was pretty dirty. The floors were very dusty & the outsides of our refrigerator were filthy with grease & dust. The sheets were clean, thank goodness! The beach was good & the pool was fairly warm even on cool days.
