This is an older hotel that is very “dated”. The smell of cleaner was overwhelming. The carpet was wore out and had was coming up in places. We were given a refund and found another place to stay. I have traveled all over the country and normally you can count on Hampton Inn to be top notch. This one needs an update bad. Young lady at the counter was very nice and accommodating.

Desk clerk didn’t know what she was doing, confused, no one to help her. People lining up. Booked 2 rooms, they didn’t put us together. The breakfast buffet was terrible and cold. Liked the juice! Decor was from the 80’s hasn’t been remodeled in years yet charging top dollar.”@

Deeply over priced

Paying $315 a night for a hotel that hasn’t been updated in at least 20 years, with cramped rooms, stained furniture and bathtub, water damaged ceiling, tiny fridge and no microwave was utterly ridiculous. Hilton price, Hampton name and Super 8 quality. It was extremely frustrating that was what I walked into when I checked in.

Nice facility though showing some wear and tear. The room we were placed in first had a terrible mildew smell. But the management promptly gave us a new room when we brought it to their attention. Comfortable beds and excellent breakfast.
