I was charged for the room threw Expedia then when I got there there was no one there to check me in, I haven’t gotten a refund or anything and I don’t have any money left that was for one night of rest that I got rob for

Going through a major remodel. Our assigned room was newly remodeled and decorated. Very nice TV and bed. Very nice pool area. Lots of construction debri. Nice area. Pleasant staff.

Wait until reno is done!
For the same price we couldve stayed at better place down the road. We evacuated for hurricane Milton with 2 dogs, elderly mom and 2 dogs. We were in bottom floor in full bed with zero hot water whole time and they put my mom and sister in same room on a second floor. My mom is weak and on oxygen. We were supposed to get a king room and 2 queens. By time we asked to switch they had no 2 bed rooms left, we had to clean pool ourself and views and noises were of dumpsters and construction. Also got knock on door at 10 am 2 days before our check out from manager asking if we are leaving. Also we never got housekeeping except for having to trade towel for towel because they were low. We left day early and got refund for last day. Cherry on top of unnecessary(and ONLY time evacuating) was getting in catastrophic crash on way home with high unlicensed driver. Thank god we are walking and my dogs didnt die but my car is gone and thats another head ache that is no fault of this "resort". I laughed when i noticed that title.
