The staff were unfriendly and when asked questions did not provide full information it felt like they were not intrested in us as guests. Breakfast was horrible rubber eggs limited selection very poor, Rooms were dirty and bathroom door was broken and unlockable. Had to ask twice for towels and in the end had to go get them ourselves. Overall very poor experiance will not be returning to any La quinta hotels.

Not only did I feel unsafe in the elevator but my room was double booked and I was promised my correct room the second night of our stay but on arrival our second night we did not get our correct room for the second night again. We were very upset and uncomfortable and it was the last night of our vacation and I feel as though it was ruined since we could not enjoy it. The lady at the desk, who obviously did not want to be there, gave us two business cards with the emails of managers to reach out to regarding the issue and we reached out and have yet to hear back. The customer service here is horrendous. I hope that someone will read this and reach out to me to make this better.

Terrible afternoon/night clerk. (Morning clerk was excellent). Key cards had to be reprogrammed every day. No housekeeping if not staying more than 3 days. Otherwise well kept and OK.

The front desk staff for the most part was not very friendly and when I checked in, i was not given good directions on finding my room or parking. The hotel has a strange layout with entry doors in odd places, so finding the right parking area and entry door was confusing the first time. The fitness area had no towels the first two days of my stay, there was a tool bag on the floor the entire time I was there and no way to clean equipment after use. Breakfast was adequate but the 'hot' foods were room temperature. We did like our room - quiet and comfortable. Overall, if you don't really care about being treated like a valued guest, it was fine and I would stay again for the convenience of getting into Boulder.

We had reservations for a handicapped accessible room. The room we got was their VERSION of "handicapped accessible". The tub was a NORMAL tub and the shower seat did not fit in the tub correctly. We were on the THIRD FLOOR at the FARTHEST SIDE from the elevator. If we'd had to evacuate - my husband would NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO MAKE DOWN THE STAIRS. Sorely disappointed with the accomodations!!!!!!! Also our "key" timed out every day and we had to go from our room on the other side of the hotel back to the desk and then back to our room. Again, NOT A GOOD SCENARIO especially for senior people with health issues

Many people had dogs which is a nice option but even better that our room did not smell of dog and was clean. The hotel was close to many other things and easy to get to with plenty of parking. Would stay again.
