We got there and were told the hot water was being spotty in building. We woke up at 7 15 to some lady playing guitar in the stair well right outside or room and the front desk would not answer phone to assist. The water in the pool was freezing and water level was low the second day we were there and we only booked hotel for that waterside. So kind of a bummer. Hot tub was nice and warm but bottom of hot tub and pool was very textured and rough on skin! Breakfast was very clean and organized. Standard hotel food but with more options. Rooms were clean. Our blinds would not stay up cause chain was broken. I felt safe at this hotel.

This property and staff shows a lack of attention to detail in their facility. Complaints brought to their attention are not addressed or at least they don’t seem to be. Our whole stay we lacked a hot shower and hot water at the sink ran from cold to warm randomly.

The pool was amazing even if some of the broken covers were sharp and dangerous for little feet. Luckily we had some bandaids. The hotel itself was very clean. The cot was broken and sunk all the way to the ground when trying to lay on it. The shower was like warm and never got to a warmer temperature which is a luxury to us and part of why we stay at hotels once a month. The pool didn't ever have towels but it was a very busy time. There was a bowl a rotten apples that became a conversation point because it was so bad and they still kept it out each day we were there. The day I arrived the only luggage cart was not available, so I had to make 6 trips to bring in our stuff. As a single mama with 3 kids, I have come to depend on these things. It was a busy time so I was understanding of this, but it was a very rough start.

I was disappointed that the maintenance person doesn’t start working on the pool and hot tub earlier in the morning. The temperature of the hot tub was not as hot as it should have been. Two juices were not available this morning.
