The beauties of Midcoast Maine are in every direction from this colorful, light-filled home in Boothbay. The Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, bustling Boothbay Harbor, the Maine State Aquarium, rivers, bays, the open ocean - it's all at your fingertips here.

This home occupies one half of a side-by-side duplex, offering a single-level layout that's open and sunny. The main living area is in the center of the home, bringing together the kitchen, two dining spaces, and a sitting area with leather sofas and a flatscreen TV. A glass door leads outside to a deck, a gas grill, and a grassy lawn to enjoy on sparkling summer days.

After a day spent kayaking or walking one of the many nearby trails or land preserves, you'll have three bedrooms to choose from, each in its own corner of the house. Free WiFi is provided as well to assist you in planning your daily excursions and meals out on the town.

Great place to spend with friends.
This apartment was perfect for 6 adults. We each had our own bedroom. But were able to have meals, and play games together. Very short drive to the harbor and GardensAGlow.

The smell in the entry way is not good and the towels are small and stay wet. Overall, very clean and great location. Consider a fire pit for ppl that want to relax there vs. going out.

Need more air conditioners
There was only one floor air conditioner in the main living area and none in any of the three bedrooms. We were there during hot weather and found it uncomfortable for sleeping. Living quarters were clean and the beds were comfortable. Just a short drive to the harbor which was a big plus.
