Situated in the heart of downtown Boothbay Harbor, this newly renovated two-story apartment occupies the top two floors of a lovely coastal home built in 1894. The apartment combines unique design elements with high-end touches that include deluxe appliances and modern rustic furnishings. With room for eight, a fabulous downtown location and on-site parking, this apartment has it all. And feel free to bring your four-legged friends. Our property is ultra pet-friendly.
ABOUT THE HOUSE
There’s a fresh fun feel throughout this beautifully furnished home with rustic barrel-themed decor and lots of windows overlooking the harbor.
After a day on the ocean, cook a hearty meal in the haute kitchen with slate countertops from Monson, Maine, wood cabinetry, and upscale appliances. Serve meals at the dining table set beneath a one-of-a-kind pendant chandelier. A stained glass window casts beautiful light through the dining room and provides a sneak-peak at the back deck with bistro seating for six.
In the living area, curl up on a large sectional sofa. Play a hand of cards around the re-purposed wine barrel coffee table or unwind in front of the wall-mounted TV. There’s even a wine barrel dog bed nearby for your furry friend!
A sunny 2nd floor deck offers a tranquil spot to catch the coastal breeze.
The master bedroom is located on the main level and furnished with a queen-size bed, sitting chair, and dresser. A novel barrel-themed sink and tile shower complete the en-suite bathroom. Main level also has a convenient half-bath with marble sink and quirky décor.
The upper floor has two bedrooms and full bath that includes an original claw-foot tub with shower combination. There is also a perfect area to view the harbor and watch the boats go by. The bunk room is great for kids with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, bean bag chairs, and classic board games. A tastefully appointed third bedroom features a queen-size bed, unique teak bench, and a spectacular 5-foot round window with sweeping view of the inner harbor.

Amenities include a washer/dryer, bike rack, and parking space for two cars. All bedrooms and living spaces have individual heat and A/C units so occupants can adjust temperature to their liking.
This rental is accessed via a flight of stairs.
THE LOCATION
With a fantastic downtown location and on-site parking, you can easily explore the best of Boothbay Harbor on foot. Book whale watching trips with Cap'n Fish and go in search of minke and humpback whales surfacing along the Maine coastline. Or head to Schooner Eastwind and enjoy tours around the Burnt and Ram island lighthouses.
Our central location is also just a short stroll from local shops, independent retail stores and fabulous restaurants. For traditional Italian classics, walk next door to Ports of Italy or a short walk to Harborside Tavern for a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner. You can also indulge on specialty foods at Eventide or buy a special treat for your furry friend at Two Salty Dogs Pet Outfitters (both located across the street). Visit Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, which hosts Garden's Aglow and Festival of Lights in Boothbay Harbor.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
