Open floor plan captures expansive bay views from nearly every room including large great room, kitchen and dining room that leads to a large covered lanai with electric screens and shutters all overlooking the pool and bay. Features include 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, 3 half baths, 2 laundry rooms, wide plank oak flooring, extensive mill work, custom built cabinetry, quartz countertops, Thermador appliances, 24K whole house generator, 10 total Smart Tv's at the property, and a private elevator! Outdoor Living spaces include 3 Lanai's with amazing Waterviews - also included is a fireplace, grill & kitchenette, pool table, 3 Outdoor Smart TV's and a HEATED POOL AND SPA.

Rare first floor living level master suite with direct water views. The guest areas are well appointed with multiple true VIP suites including one that is a true second master suite plus a large upstairs recreation room with large lanai and best of the views!. This 3rd floor lanai includes a pool table and 65" Smart TV. The ground floor is a game room which includes ping pong, foosball, basketball and an arcade machine. Also included on the ground floor is a living room with a pull out sofa and a 70" smart TV. This game room leads out to the gated pool/spa area which is a tropical paradise. Just past the gated fence pool area is the bay. A Kayak, Paddleboard, Giant Connect 4 game, and a Pool basketball hoop. In the garage there are 4 bikes, lots of beach items, some fishing polls and a beach cart/wagon for walking items to the beach. We also provide some small children / baby items such as a small portable highchair, a regular size highchair, some baby plates and silverware, two Pack n Plays, a Baby monitor, and a queen blow up mattress.

Family-Friendly Paradise
My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning vacation rental next to the bay, that exceeded all our family’s expectations. As a parent, I often find it challenging to strike the right balance between relaxation and entertaining the kids, but this property delivered on both fronts. The rental is ideally situated on the bay providing breathtaking views right from the patios. What truly sets this property apart are the thoughtful amenities designed with families in mind. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find a complete adventure set-up: paddleboards, bikes and beach chairs, umbrella and toys were all provided for our use! Additionally, the backyard featured a swimming pool and hot-tub, seating area with TV, all of which kept the kids happily entertained. Their game room amenity’s were another standout feature; board games, a pool table, foosball and even retro video game console. Even on rainy days, the kids had plenty of exciting options to keep themselves busy. The house itself was incredibly spacious, with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, ensuring everyone had their own space. The open-concept living area was perfect for family movie night, equipped with a large screen and a cozy sofa and chairs. A fully stocked kitchen made meal prep easy, and the outdoor grilling area encouraged family barbecues with a view. Overall, the rental is a gem and we highly recommend!

Spectacular Home
Our group of 10 (8 adults and 2 children) had a fantastic stay. House is impeccable with great amenities. Kitchen is equipped with everything you will need. Perfect location with a short walk to the beach, which is a big plus given limited beach parking. Large pool and fun game room. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing Place
Everything is as good or better in person as shown on the pictures. The place is just amazing. Amanda went above and beyond as our host to make sure we had everything we needed before and during the trip. I highly recommend this spot for large families or groups. We rarely left the house because it has so much to offer. The beach is about a 8 minute walk (if you have little kids) and 5 minutes for just adults.

Fabulous Getaway in Bonita Springs
This is a stunning property that exceeds the expectations set by the pictures which were also gorgeous. The house was perfectly equipped (especially if you love to cook!) and well located if you don't. The water views were lovely and the beach just a short walk away. The wonderful hosts were both responsive and attentive and thought of every detail which made the stay even better. If there were six stars available this property would warrant that!

Family holiday trip
This property was beautiful! We brought our family of 10, grandparents, parents children and baby. The host Amanda was so helpful. The beds were quite comfortable, and had baby equipment available at the house. Very comfortable furnishings, the kitchen has everything you might need to cook a gourmet meal. We spent most of our time in the fabulous pool and hot tub, and enjoyed fishing off the dock. The sunset views out of the outdoor lanais was spectacular. Highly recommend this property, and short walk to beach!

The most amazing home I've ever stayed in!
Everything about this house is wonderful - the size, the location, the pool, all of the amenities such as the game room. This is by far the most well appointed house I've ever rented, and I've stayed in many VRBO homes. Not only is the house immaculate, but it has literally everything you need for your stay including beach accessories. Amanda was very communicative and helpful and made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this house and hope to get to stay again!

Wow - Fabulous holiday rental
This was our first ever holiday rental but we could not have made a better choice. The house was exactly as shown in the listing photos, and was every bit as luxurious and stylish as shown. Amanda was a fabulous host - great communication, friendly & very responsive. Our party ranged in ages from 12 - 82 and everyone was delighted with their stay. There were loads of activities for the kids and my elderly father was particularly appreciative of the internal elevator, which we hadn't even really noticed on the listing! The property was well organized and well appointed. There were plenty of bath and beach towels, laundry supplies, kitchen utensils and pool toys. Our kids really enjoyed the game room too. Perfect Place
The property was exactly as advertised - beautiful home and very well located. The owner also went above and beyond in stocking the home with all of the essentials making the entire stay feel like one was in one's own home. This home has everything too. The only negative thing all week was trying to find out how to put the heat on in the hot tub (which the owner had to do remotely).
