The Space:
This is a two bedroom, two bath townhome in a community known as Spring Run, within the larger Brooks community of Estero, FL. It features access to a number of pools, a clubhouse, golfing, and other social benefits with rental. It is within walking distance of Coconut Pointe Center, which is one of the largest and most creatively developed outdoor shopping centers in Florida.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to all Brooks amenities, including pool, tennis, golf, social club, and more. Guest much purchase monthly Brooks membership.

The Neighborhood:
This property is located in what is known as the Brooks, a complex of many subdivisions culminating into what is one of the most comprehensive golfing communities in the state.

Please note that guests must complete both a rental agreement and a form for the Brooks Country Club. The Brooks requires 10 business days to receive and review this form before check in, so please do not book any stays fewer than 10 business days into the future.

Frustration !!!
Long standing water leak from above unit was reported day before leaving by previous renters. After 3 days an estimator came and started repair process that resulted in our having to leave the condo and terminate our April rental. No other units were available in Spring Run where we had happily rented since 2008. Long story, but after 4 days in Towne Place Suites, we returned to our RI home after associated stress required for new flights, etc.

Good stay
The condo could definitely use some updating. The condo course location was great for golf viewing and the course was super for all abilities. Spring Run members and staff were very friendly.
