Fully renovated and new to the market this Studio 7th floor condo has spectacular views of Bonita Beach and Tennis Resort area. The beach and Tennis Club is a short 5-minute walk to the gorgeous white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. At the beach a local favorite Doc's Surf Shop Bar & Grill (great food too!) where you can go parasailing, rent jet skis, or enjoy other beach amenities. Or just relax your day away soaking up the sun on the beach or watching the stunning sunsets.

The home features a modern beach décor and can sleep up to four (2 adults only please). There is one king bed and 2 twin pullout sofa beds. There is one full bathroom. Perfect for a small family or couple. You'll love the new fully furnished kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. Enjoy breakfast and the views on the screened in Lanai or watch your favorite movies on the big screen TV.

Relax and soak up the sun. Tennis & Pickle Ball courts can be reserved if you need a little exercise. Beach & Tennis has a great little Café that serves breakfast & lunch. Also within walking distance we recommend 'Coconut Jacks” for dinner one of the area's best seafood restaurants.

Nearby attractions abound, visit Lovers Key Park, see manatees at Estero bay, or collect seashells on Little Hickory Beach. Fishing Charters are nearby or book a catamaran for a stunning dinner cruise. If golf is your game set up a tee time at Spanish Wells Golf Club, Bonita Fairways, or Raptor Bay all close by. Just a few of the many activities available a short distance from the Beach & Tennis Club.

Construction Disclaimer:
Ongoing renovations continue in response to the impact of Hurricane Ian. There may be construction noise during normal business hours to repair the damage and contractors are often present. Please note the following when planning a visit:
Atriums, tennis courts, and pickleball courts will start construction in 2025 but no start date and end date have been provided. The pool is currently not available.
Construction materials will most likely still be on site but are neatly kept in one location

Overall, a great place to stay. We were there Jan. 4-11/2020. We played golf, shopped and did a kayak tour. The unit is clean and very modern and up to date. We had plenty of towels and accessories for a week's stay. If I could make some suggestions: more dishwasher soap. We were given 3 pods for a week's stay and since we made full use of the kitchen this was not enough. You can't buy just a few pods at the grocery store. Also, a broom would have been useful. Just to sweep up a bit during the week. I know these are not major issues and certainly not a negative for this beautiful unit but just something you may want to think about. Your AC also may need some upgrade. It was not humid while we were there and therefore we could get the unit cool enough but not sure if it would be able to keep up if it did get hot outside. It was noted in previous reviews so I think it should be a priority to get it working top notch!

Excellent condo steps from the beach!

Extra clean, well stocked with everything you could need (except food!). Bed is comfortable, bathroom is bright and clean. Well decorated, very comfy and cozy! Would have given it 5 stars but the air conditioner never fully cooled down the condo in the week we were there! We were advised not to set the temperature below 67 degrees or it may freeze up...and then we wouldn’t have an A/C for the week!?!? They never called back to check on us and we just decided to live with it-as we were on vacation and not up for any kind of a confrontation. This will be a great condo to utilize in the cooler months when it’s not so hot and the A/C isn’t such a necessity.

Very nice property.

The property was very nice! Newly remodeled with lovely furnishings. Perfect for a couple but more would be tight. Lots of extras for the beach. Plenty of towels, etc. Laundry is one building over and easily accessible. Pools are great and beach a short walk. The main street is busy and loud and the balcony faces it. The property manager, Chrystal, was terrific. The area is great and beaches beautiful!

Easy walk to the beach and pool.

Older building, newly renovated, well stocked with towels, bathroom and kitchen essentials. Small, but comfortable with all you need for a sunny vacation.
