It wasn’t safe around the area the food choices was horrible and the pool was not good and the ratings of the hotel is definitely wrong it’s not a 8.2 it’s at least a 7.5 I will never book with them again

Falsely advertised a photo of this gorgeous pool, but actually it was a picture of the pool that is at the fitness facility next door. The hotel pool wasn't even open. The beds were also extremely uncomfortable. Sagging mattresses and so soft that our backs hurt tremendously.

I reserved two rooms. When I arrived, I was given one room for four people. Manager apologized, gave us a room. The original room had a foul smell, so they gave us another room. Too much inconvenience after traveling so far to get there. I also did not like the little flying bugs in the bathroom. My granddaughter was itchy from the bed. (hope it was not bedbugs Room 224)
