The property was clean inside and we'll manicured outside. The staff was friendly and professional. We had an adjoining room and I was nervous about that but we never heard them the entire time. If we had not seen people in the halfway we would have thought we were the only ones in the building. The only thing I would have preferred was a brighter light over the bathroom sink. It was a great experience; we were there for our 30th anniversary and I enjoyed every minute of the stay. There was nothing to worry about at all.

Right in downtown next the Blue Ridge Scenic train. All shops and restaurants are walking distance. Has a nice roof top bar. Customer service was excellent! Never had staff as friendly and helpful as the two front desk gentlemen that were working there during our stay. Highly recommend this hotel for your next Blue Ridge stay.

First, the bed was horrible, the pillows, if you could call them that were practically nonexistent, the towels were like sandpaper, the water hard as a rock, the faucet was coming off the bathtub. It was a pleasure leaving, and we aren't coming back. Total waste of our precious vacation money.

Nice property, the front clerk needs some training not to be so opinionated about things. Walk-in showers need attention when cleaning, when your caulk joints are pink, you are not cleaning them well enough.

Property was very conveniently located in the town of Blue Ridge. We were there for two nights, but staff did not come to clean or replace the towels in the room. Breakfast service was good. Staff was friendly. I would stay there again, but the price was expensive and not the best service

The cleanliness was good. The air conditioner wasn’t cool enough and too thick of covers on the bed. There was not a hair dryer. The pillows weren’t comfortable, all went flat when laying on them. Good selection of breakfast
