Check in was easy and the staff were very friendly. Room was not clean. Lots of dark grime and dirt on the floor, especially by the bed. Appliances all worked well.

We checked in about 7pm, had to drop our things in room and leave right away. Came back about 11pm, to find dirty floors with flies laying around, dorty bathtub with other peoples hairs and dirt ring, bed with stained bedding. Man from desk came and cleaned tub, gave us bedding, we made our own bed. Then next day we decide to stay niggt 2 rsther tgsn find another plsce. At 11am water was cut off by repair worker tgey hired and still not back on at 4pm now. Livid as this is no way for a businrss to operate. The dont fulfill their end of providing what is paid for.

My car was hit in the parking lot in plain view of a security camera. Staff refused access to the camera upon my request and of local law enforcement.

The 2nd queen bed in my room had axle grease all over the bedspread. Floors dirty coffee pot had prior use coffee grounds in it. Also freezer in mini fridge had brown stuff in it. Like melted icecream

Convenient to lots of shopping and dining options. The pool and hot tub were great. Staff was ALWAYS smoking right outside the main entrance.

Very disappointed

The tub had a ring of dirt and there was dog hair everywhere the pool looked a little green and the breakfast food was Stale no elevator the ice machine didn't work properly i wouldn't stay there again.

Employees sat in front of the door out entire stay smoking cigarettes. Had to wait several times at the counter for someone to finish smoking then help us. The entire place was sketchy and dirty.

We arrived at 9:30pm to check in only to find out that there were no clean rooms even though we had a reservation. We had to wait 30 plus minutes, which we shouldn't have had to wait. I find this unacceptable but appreciate Anna, at the frint desk, for going out of her way to take care of us and clean up a room herself. We had to wait over 40 minutes before we were able to get into the room. Dogs barking throughout the night, in the room next door.

Myself and my family liked swimming in the pool and hot tub. We also enjoyed just relaxing in our rooms. It was very quite and friendly.

The beds were dirty and we had to have them bring sheets so we could at least have clean sheets. We found trash around the room because the cleaning staff were to lazy to actually look and throw things away. The staff were constantly sitting in front of the entrance smoking and hanging out with their friends that dont work there like they are teenagers but they are adults. Cleaning staff was rude when we asked for basic necessities. The room had barely any toilet paper and when we asked for more she acted like we just ruined her day. The ac was turned off when we got there and the room was very warm. Took 4 hours for it to cool down. Will never stay here again.
