Friendly staff, check in process was quick and easy. The room was not smelly like some rooms at pet-friendly hotels. The white bed linens and towels passed my ultraviolet light test. There were no stains and in good condition. The furniture surfaces and appliances also passed the ultraviolet test. The toilet in the bathroom, however did show signs that it WAS cleaned with a detergent, but not completely wiped away. I did not find this a big deal since the floor, sink and tub were spotless. I found that this hotel was well maintained and the staff polite, friendly, and present (I always saw someone at the front desk or breakfast room.). I would definitely stay here again on my trips from the northeast to the south.

Good experience.
We checked in the day after an ownership change. The front desk staff were pleasant and very accommodating with our early check in. I spoke with the new owner twice and he was clear that updates would be made to furniture and rooms. Good experience at a great location.

Very nice staff. Pleasant and helpful. Clean and very convenient to I-81. This was a road trip to another destination so easy was important. Only thing upsetting was there was no restaurant close by,

Great hotel
This was a very clean hotel. You won’t regret staying here. While it looks to be in a secluded area just off the interstate, 3-4 miles down the road is a city with dining.

I have been staying at this hotel for the past four years (participate in a Bike Tour every May). Honestly, the pool area has never been available since I've been coming here. If you don't want to maintain the pool, then close it. The front desk personnel, while pleasant, did not seem to know anything about the surrounding area. Could not provide information on restaurants or a pharmacy nearby.
