It was a comfortable room, good breakfast, and excellent pool for the kids- warm as a bath and with some fun features! This was the perfect break during our long roadtrip.

The 3-11pm host was very rude. Asked questions that were none of his business, and was nasty with his responses. The room did not have a spa tub as advertised, and the tv didn’t work. We first thought it was the tv remote, and the host said 2x that he would get us a different one, but he didn’t. At approx 11:45 pm, We contacted the night shift host, and he came up and found the tv had no connection to the direct tv server. He left outr room around 12:30 am, and we finally were able to go to bed. This hotel is not worth what we paid, and would not recommend this hotel!!

Justin/ Manager gave us a room knowing that one of the TV's didn't work. We were treated very poorly because we booked with Expedia. We requested our room to be cleaned numerous times, but only cleaned once in six days. Justin told us it was because we booked thru Expedia. Would not recommend to anyone.

We flew into Bismarck after midnight and arrived at the hotel after 12:30 am. I was initially concerned because the Expedia confirmation said that check-in at this property ended at midnight. When we arrived, not only was the lobby open, it was the easiest check in I've ever had at a hotel. The property was well maintained and the staff were really friendly. Definitely would stay there again.

It would be a good idea to get rid of the black mold in the caulking around the tub. Also a spot in the bathroom tile could have used some caulk & repair.

The staff were great but that’s about as far as it goes. The hot tub was yellowish-brown and smelt really badly. While they say they just finished a renovation, it was pretty small. New carpet and fresh paint, but still very dated. The breakfast was absolutely terrible each of the three mornings we went. The location was good, easy to get around to almost anything.

Great stay, great breakfast! Asked to have beers and trash taken out while we were out for the day and returned late at night and nothing was done. They said the housekeepers didn't show up that day.
