Hallways smell like a wet dog. Rooms were not very cleaned. Had to go to the front desk twice to get my room dusted and to get the AC filter cleaned. It literally felt like stuff was falling on me. The young lady that works the desk during the day is phenomenal. We i brought my complaint to the evening shift manager acted like she could less. This site won't allow me to upload photos.

Beautiful and great hotel. My stay was as great. I booked for three days and housekeeping didn’t come once to our room to change garbage, new towels, nothing. Nothing to do with the hotel per se but our roommates were not pleasant at all. Slamming doors, stomping above us. 2 to 3 o clock in the morning. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest. For the price paid for the rooms I just expected more.
