I liked that there was many dining options nearby and that Binghamton which is the college we were visiting was only 3 minutes away.

No room service (no signs about when or how often it’s provided). Front desk unattended at times to ask questions. Hair dryer didn’t work. Couldn’t turn up TV volume. Just so many small problems added up to lower the quality of my stay.
