I would never stay there again
I paid extra to book an accessible king room. I was given a double queen room when I checked in. Customer service was lacking. Safety with my door locks was concerning. Pretty much everything had stains/splatters on it.

What a decline in one year! Site needs maintenance and cleaning. Breakfast area was filthy. Sorry to say this, but the differing hygiene standards of different cultures is in evidence here. This last stay truly will be my last stay.

This property was not up to code the rooms were ok but the bathroom had a lot of mold. The plug socket blew up my blow dryer and had to get another. When I gave the complaint about my blow dryer the staff did not care. The hotel looks nice from the outside but it’s not a good hotel.

Great hotel for price. I use this hotel often for extended stay business trips in Binghamton/Ithaca NY area. Conveniently located off of NYS Route 17/I-86. Nothing fancy but clean, safe and adequate. Staff very friendly and helpful. Quiet and convenient parking. Breakfast is nothing special, but if your looking for a hearty breakfast, there is a very nice diner (Blue Dolphin) across the street, and McDonald's and Dunkin Donuts close by.

Room smelled like mold they tried to cover the smell with glade plug inside. We had to ask for a new room as ours had water damage and horrific mold smell. We did get a new room, no smell but in general the place is unclean.

They don’t change the sheets between guests. There was leftover meals in my room from the previous guests. Cherry on top: I could hear mice moving in my room when I tried to sleep. Horrifying experience. Left within 10 minutes of checking in and would not get a refund.
