Front of house staff was amazing and kind. I also really liked that they offered valet parking. Room was clean and cozy. Only thing missing was a small fridge. This is a great location if you want to be in the down town area and also near Billings clinic. However I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for small children this is more set up for your business class people. There is a growing homeless population outside of this hotel and drug use was seen in area. There were restaurants located in the hotel and close by as well as nice cafes. I would stay here again.

Great night in an historic hotel.

The Northern Hotel is a historic property in the heart of Bilings, MT. Had we been inclinced, there were many restaurants within walking distance. Our room was well-appointed, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful.

By far the cleanest hotel room that I have ever stayed. Only a couple of negatives for us, no coffee pot in the room and the TV needs a serious upgrade. Our TV didn't have a signal part of our stay, and we couldn't use our streaming because it wasn't a smart TV.

Parking was easy for city hotel. Lobby nice and inviting. Unfortunately, our late arrival and early departure didn’t allow us to take advantage of any of the amenities.

Friendly staff. The Lady that checked us in went above and beyond to help me fix a problem that I caused. She even remembered me when I saw her later that night and wanted to make sure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. If I ever find myself in Billings, MT. I will definitely stay here and recommend this place to everyone.
