Not exactly clean, but not dirty (hope that makes sense). Breakfast was pretty standard. But, did have eggs, sausage & gravy. Bed was clean and comfy. Easy access to hwy 90. Desk agent was very nice.

Staff was very friendly. The room has a number of issues. Tile on the bathroom floor was broken and loose in multiple areas, the shower/tub and shower curtain both had stains. The tub also had a hole in it so you couldn't take a bath as it would have leaked. The mattress was very uncomfortable and hard with litteraly 2 sheets folded into one another as a blanket.

Needs a lot of upkeep. Lots of things needed a handyman. There was a lot of noise during the night so that I wasn’t able to go to sleep for a good 2 hours. Free Breakfast was good & staff nice and helpful.

Ok for a night sleep passing thru.
When we checked in I was given a dirty room. Trash everywhere bathroom dirty and beds not made. Checked in late and seen that there was leftover food in dinning area and there was a crock pot of what it looked like sausage gravy already in crockpot left overnight only to be served the that morning.

Was clean
Staff were friendly however they were vastly undertrained in customer service. I was stuck outside my room for a half hour + while waiting for someone to bring new batteries and reprogram the door lock. This in the evening after I had mentioned that the door lock had quit working earlier in the afternoon

Had to change rooms because TV in first room was inoperative, and the door was very difficult to operate. Moved to another room, the heater barely worked, and the bathroom was disgusting. Mold on the ceiling, and the tub was filthy. The only good thing was the desk clerk was a sweetheart.

Great friendly staff! Very welcoming and attentive, The hotel is on a commercial strip mall road so not in a scenic area. Just a place to sleep Rooms smelled like mildew and the carpets were shed and not the cleanest
