Nestled on a quiet dead-end street just minutes from Snow Summit and the Village, this traditional style Big Bear cabin features charming log accents, mountain décor, and beautiful mature trees. With the Towne Trail located at the end of the street, enjoy a moderate 3-mile hike that’s great for families.

✓ Living Room: The living room opens up to the dining and kitchen area, creating an open and inviting space highlighted by natural log cathedral ceilings and walls. Spend cozy nights in front of the wood-burning fireplace while watching the flat-screen TV with cable and DVD player. The sofa converts to a queen bed for additional sleeping space. Enjoy the reading nook with two leather chairs or challenge each other to a game on the foosball table.

✓ Dining and Kitchen Area: The dining table seats six, with four additional seats at the counter. The spacious kitchen includes a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker, perfect for preparing family meals. Just off the kitchen, a small patio with a propane barbecue is available for grilling your favorite steaks.

✓ Master Suite: Located at the end of the hall, the master suite features a log-style king bed, gas fireplace, and access to the back deck for quiet mornings outdoors. The en suite bathroom includes a separate toilet and shower room. A cupboard with board games is available for entertainment.

Perfect Family Stay

The house was clean and organized and the check in process was a breeze. There is plenty of room for family to hang out together. The backyard and deck is big enough for a little snow play and relaxing - perfect for our 2 year old. There are plenty of board games and books for kids of all ages, which was a huge plus too. Overall it was a great stay, I would definitely recommend it.

Amazing Cabin

From check in to check out contact with management of the property was exceptional. Someone came when we checked in to make sure the property was clean and if we needed anything. They poured salt to melt the snow in the driveway and left several bags of salt. The slope in the back of the cabin was perfect for my 6 and 7 year old grandsons to go inner-tubing and it was central to ski slopes, the village and grocery stores. The cabin had 3 bedrooms that accommodated my 88 year old mom to my 6 year old grandson with movies and games for all ages. Great decor and log cabin feel. The jacuzzi worked but it was too cold to go out and enjoy. Amazing cabin!!!

Nice but no spa

The cabin is cozy and comfortable. There is a a hill outside the back that is perfect for sledding. The big disappointment was that the spa didn’t work and there was no compensation for the inconvenience and it was not fixed the entire time we were there. The rental company responded to our complaint but basically said it was the spa vendors fault and as long as they responded to our texts they were doing there job. They knew when we checked in it was not working so I feel like something should have been done. Also, We went with 4 small kids and the place was not really big enough.

We loved this cabin !! Clean and exactly as advertised

Lovely house, super clean and spacious ! Jacuzzi was amazing. The house even had a small hill on the backyard were we used our sleds, it was perfect ! We really enjoyed our stay there, and definitely will consider a future stay again 👍

The place was clean and everything I expected, BUT

Yeah there’s a big, “but.” So on check out day I received a message from destination big bear, stating my check out time was 10 am. My reservation and confirmation stated 11am so I was not ready and clearly in a rush to get out. I send a message back stating my confirmation stated my check out was 11 am wi th a picture of my confirmation. Nonetheless the person messaging me back Stated I should’ve read the policy before hand, but that was quite not possible since I had to book the place before knowing the change in policy. Second it’s not up to me to update the check out time from what has been confirmed already. Anyways we went back and forth for a quite some time, and found childish and unprofessional. To the credit of destination big bear a supervisor noticed the back and forth and did apologize to me and reassured me that my check out was at 11. Although I did appreciate the reach from management without asking for them, I did ultimately leave a bad taste in my mouth tenting from them. With that being said the place was clean, and everything worked fine except for the professionalism of the customer service staff going back and forth with me.

Great Themed Cabin

We stayed at this property in the summer as a weekend away. It was a great location and had a fun classic cabin theme. The house had everything we needed and had plenty of space to hang out.
