The first room, one of the beds was leaning. The elevator broke while trying to get to the second room and the second room... the heater didn't work, the phone didnt work, the light flickered. I asked for a refund and left.

Complementary breakfast was nice many choices. The sink faucet was loose. When I told the reception they had maintenance come very quickly to fix it. They did a good job and two lights were flickering and then burnt out when I checked out I told them they needed to be replaced And they said thank you and they will take care of it.

The room was listed as having a queen size bed but had only a double. Personal effects of the last guest were still in the drawers. The bathroom trash can had an empty beer can. There was only one set of towels even though we booked it for two people. (We were able to get more towels from the front desk).

Cigarette smoke filled the second floor hallway. The headboard had an abundance of residual oil, and stains. The sheets had large stains covering the entire bed. The bathroom smelled like urine. Checked out early without a refund.
