After a long drive we were greeted by William, who delightful and helpful. Room was in great shape, clean. Checkout was at noon which gave us plenty of time to relax in am. Good location for getting in and out of DC.

Hotel is in walking distance to all the food options and shopping. When I arrived my a/c was stuck on 80 degrees and I had to get dressed in that because the line at the front desk was wrapped around the corner and they only had one staff working. However when I came back to my room they did have maintenance come and fix the issue after I called in later about it.

This property wasn’t as advertised. The staff (Jay) was amazing an as accommodating as he could be. He was limited in his availability to provide even better service because Expedia allows for the processing of accepting money but hamstrings the staff on site to remedy any reservation issues. This lack of flexibility lead to me checking out early and finding a more cleaner hotel.

Great location for a tourist as we walked to the train to DC and got things at safeway. Parking was waaaayyyy too expensive so we parked ablock away for $11 a day instead of $25.

Absolutely filthy hotel that desperately needs updating but most of all CLEANING. I wish I’d taken pictures of the dust and stains all over the carpet, the rusted fixtures and filthy shower curtain. You all have got to be kidding me. I would NEVER spend money to stay here again. I called to request towels just after checking in but never received an answer LOL. The front office staff was kind enough to comp four of the fees and everyone who we encountered was very kind. I feel sorry for them that they have to work at a seriously dirty hotel.
